Rushden Equestrian Livery Service Agreement

This Equestrian Livery Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Rushden Equestrian, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and [Client's Full Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client," collectively referred to as the "Parties," on

1. Service Description

1.1 The Provider agrees to offer equestrian livery services to the Client at 277 Bedford Road, Rushden, Northamptonshire, NN10 0SQ hereinafter referred to as the "Facility."

1.2 The services provided under this Agreement include full livery for the Client's horse, which encompasses bedding, feeding, grooming, exercise, and access to the Facility's amenities.

1.3 The Client agrees to pay the Provider a weekly fee of £297 for the livery services, commencing on [Date of Agreement] and continuing until the termination of this Agreement.

2. Booking and Deposit

2.1 To secure a place for the Client's horse at the Facility, the Client shall pay a non-refundable deposit of £600 to the Provider upon signing this Agreement.

2.2 Additionally, at the beginning of this Agreement, the Client shall pay a deposit equivalent to eight weeks' livery fees (£2,376) to the Provider. This deposit will be held by the Provider for the duration of the Agreement.

2.3 The eight-week deposit shall be refunded to the Client at the termination of this Agreement, provided that all outstanding fees and charges have been settled. No interest shall be paid on the deposit held.

3. Notice of Termination

3.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing a minimum of eight (8) weeks' written notice to the other party.

3.2 In the event that the Client terminates this Agreement with less than eight (8) weeks' notice, the eight-week deposit shall be forfeited and not refunded.

4. Payment

4.1 The Client shall make weekly payments of £297 in advance, starting on [Start Date] and continuing every [Day of the Week] thereafter until the termination of this Agreement.

4.2 Payment shall be made electronically to the Provider's designated bank account or by any other payment method agreed upon by the Parties.

5. General Provisions

5.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

5.2 Any modification to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

5.3 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Equestrian Livery Service Agreement as of the date first above written.
